I am currently looking friendly and active members to become moderators and global moderators to help me run the forums. Here are a few guidelines:
01. All staff members must get permission with the forum leader before making any major decisions.
Any major decisions, like promoting and demoting a forum member, must get permission from the forum leader before making such decisions. This includes banning members too. If a member needs to be banned, all of the staff members will get together and discuss the situation before banning a member. This also includes making changes to the forums' design and features.
02. You MUST be active at LEAST once every week.
You need to be active on these forums in order to be a forum leader! Every staff member needs to be active at least once every two weeks for now. I do prefer every staff to be regularly active everyday though, but I won't enforce that for now.
03. Every staff member MUST comply with the forum rules.
Just like every member, the staff must comply with the rules. Being a staff member doesn't mean you are not immune to the rules! Every staff member MUST comply with the rules too. Here are the rules. If I hear one complaint from a member about a staff member, that staff member will be stripped if their staff privileges. You also need to be trustworthy.
What am I exactly looking for? I am looking for two or three moderators, and one global moderator.
I need one moderator to help me moderate the Anime Music category, one moderator to help me moderate the Classical Music category, and one extra moderator. At last, I need one global moderator to help me moderate all of the categories.
UPDATE 9/23/2014:
I now have a moderator for the Classical music category. Now I need two moderators and and one global moderator.
If you are interested in becoming a staff member, PM or e-mail me (my e-mail is daikaijuvaran1958@gmail.com). You can also reply to this thread. If you are not yet a member of the Japanese Film Music Forums, and would like to be a staff member, then e-mail me. Once I get your PM or e-mail, I will ask a few questions and such. I hope to hear from you soon!
